Who's paid, at a glance
Every signed-up player shows a paid or unpaid status on the game roster, and players mark themselves paid with one tap. Captains see the full team balance sheet — what each player owes, and for which games.
No-show and late-cancel penalties
Set a cancellation window and penalty fee for your team. Cancel inside the window and the penalty is applied automatically. Captains can also assign a no-show penalty to players who don't show. Players see their outstanding balance on their profile, along with the team's payment details to settle up.
Bank details where they belong
Team payment information — bank, account, holder — is shared securely with team members only. Never shown to the public.
How payments work
RinkTime tracks who owes what and who has paid. It does not process payments — players settle directly with the team using the payment details shown in the app.
